The online course invites government planners, technical staff at the regional, national and local levels, researchers and practitioners/representatives and staff of regional or national NGOs who are about to start active involvement in, or are relatively new at implementing climate change adaptation initiatives in the agricultural and natural resources sector. Lecturers include members of the Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change (IPCC), namely, Dr. Rodel Lasco from the Philippines, and Dr. Rizaldi Boer from Indonesia. The total course fee of PHP5,500.00 includes the miscellaneous fee of PHP500.00 for Filipino participants and USD215.00 for international participants.
